You don’t have to be super flexible or strong to practice yoga. Allowing yourself the time to slow down and breathe has a multitude of physical and mental benefits that can positively affect every aspect of your life. All levels of ability are welcome and adjustments can be made. Everyone is encouraged to listen to their body. As a teacher, my intention is to come from the heart space, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere to allow individuals, groups and communities to explore and connect with their own sense of wellness and equanimity.
